Shandong Hainuo Machinery Co.,Ltd was founded in 2002,Which consists of 3 branches,Foundry factory,Machining factory and Assembly plants. Hainuo has developed into a combination of researching,designing and manufacturing since the establishment. Hainuo is located in Qihe Economic Development Zone,with an advantageous geographical location,which is adjacent with the airport\High-speed rail\seaport and highway.
The main material is nearly 100 kinds about cast iron,ductile iron,cast steel and alloy steel etc. The products are widely used in engineering machinery,mining machinery,agricultural machinery,auto parts and aerospace accessories. After 10 years of development,Hainuo is very experienced in designing and manufacturing of axle. Meanwhile,we keep investing in the equipment to upgrade our strength. Foundry factory: The foundry adopts advanced casting equipment in the world including middle frequency induction oven from USA Inductotherm Group,the most advanced automatic production line for resin sand and V-method in China and so on. The casting pieces have reached advanced domestic level and have won good praises from customers domestic and overseas.
Machining factory: We could make sure to supply high quality products for the customers with the guarantee of modern processing machines and advanced processing technology. At present,3 production lines of axle housing,with some advanced equipment,which contains vertical machining centers,special machine tools and CNC equipment. One semi-axle shaft sleeve processing line,one small-pieces processing line,one painting and coating line,one axle housing inner cleaning and drying line and one modern axle assembly line.
We are now providing accessories to many domestic heavy truck groups such as FAW Jiefang,Dongfeng,SAIC-Iveco HONGYAN company,Fangsheng,Hande,Pengxiang. Meanwhile,after our international trade are started,we have established the cooperation with DANA,EQI,KTW,JOHN DEERE,JLG,NACCO and so on.
